Essential Oil Hot Flash Calming Spray

Essential Oil Hot Flash Calming Spray

The topic of hot flashes came up a few times this week in my NTA class so I thought it was about time to post my essential oil spray that I have mixed in the past for clients who struggle with hot flashes.  You can sub the geranium with lavender and it will still work, and I would recommend adding the frankincense if you can swing it because it is an amazing mitochondrial booster.  Mitochondria are the powerhouse of your cells so you want to feed them whatever way you can including a nutrient dense diet and whatever are your favorite biohacks!  I roll frankincense on my thyroid every day before I do a red light treatment, which also boosts mitochondrial function.

I only use Certified Practitioner Therapeutic Grade oils from dōTERRA as they are third party tested, responsibly sourced from small farms, pure and extremely potent. I have found them to be much better bang for my buck!  Shop hot flash oils here.

Add the oils to a 2 oz spray bottle and top with witch hazel, vodka or fractionated coconut oil.  Seal, invert 2-3 times to mix and spray on your chest.

Notes

I only use dōTERRA CPTG essential oils because I trust their 3rd party testing, sourcing and appreciate that they support small farms instead of putting families out of business. I have also found them to be more potent, pure and effective than any other brand I have tried. You can shop them here:
