Hello, I’m Brenna.
I am a nutrition & wellness coach but I am also a Jesus follower, a wife
and a mother of three. We are an international family currently settled
in the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon.
I have long been a foodie, fermenter & recipe developer and spice addict. I love indigenous foods, which are now largely off the table due to autoimmune protocol. My family has very simple tastes. My husband is Australian and grew up with a missionary family and a British expatriate mum so he loves simple food; as do our children.
Our family menu is constantly in transition as I learn to feed my family simple, nutritious meals whilst juggling the ever changing needs of autoimmune disease. Hashimoto’s is a real part of our life and we have to roll with the punches and rotate our veggies!
I focus on a Nourishing Traditions and Cultured Foods meets Primal Foods approach to create family friendly recipes. You will find einkorn (ancient grain), gluten-free, refined sugar-free, grain-free, fermented food, AIP, Paleo & Keto recipes.
We strive to live an organic, non-toxic lifestyle as that allows our body to do what they are made to do! so I will be posting here and there about that. Welcome and I hope you enjoy!
