Black Tahini Nootropic Smoothie

This smoothie is satisfying, full of protein and with no sugar it is great for a keto diet and for breaking a fast.  It has medicinal mushrooms, healthy fats, probiotics and bone broth protein to heal the gut. It is a great option for seed cycling in the luteal phase as it has sesame (black tahini) for progesterone support. I love black tahini as it has a unique flavor all it’s own.  I also use it to make these cookies.

I use Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth Protein, which is available in my Wellevate Store.* The black tahini I get from Kevala Organics.  If you prefer a vegan option for protein, the Q Sciences EQ Protein is pea based. Black Tahini Nootropic Smoothie

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup Swiss water decaf cold brew
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Bone Broth Protein or 1 pack EQ Chocolate Pea Protein*
  • 1 Tbsp Maca Team Gelatinized Red Maca
  • 1 scoop OM Master Mushroom Blend
  • 2 tsp OM Mocha Brain Fuel +
  • 2 drops dōTERRA Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut kefir yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp sprouted pumpkin seeds


  • Blend in a high powered blender until smooth and serve!
