Editor’s note (2026): I originally wrote this post in 2020 during a very intense season of autoimmune flares, gut infections, and “my body is doing the most” recovery. I’m leaving it here — thoughtfully edited — because long-term context matters. Some protocols have evolved, and I no longer recommend broad supplement stacks without personalization. That said, CodeAge remains a brand I use selectively and carry through my practitioner dispensary when it fits the individual.
Why this review exists (context matters)
I use supplements more intentionally than most people — not because I love taking them, but because my genetics and health history require more support than average. Over the years, I’ve tried many brands — some excellent, some forgettable, and some I wish I’d never touched. Back in 2020, I needed products that were:
- Thoughtfully formulated
- Shelf-stable where possible
- Free from unnecessary fillers
- Actually effective — not just trendy
That’s how I found CodeAge.
How I use CodeAge now
Quick clarity (because the internet loves chaos):
- I don’t support “everyone take everything.”
- I don’t recommend DIY parasite cleanses.
- I don’t believe more supplements = better health.
What I do use CodeAge for is targeted support, usually:
- Short-term gut repair
- Specific nutrient gaps
- Transitional phases in healing
- Situations where shelf-stable or gentle formulations matter

Products I’ve personally used (and how I think about them now)
Platinum Collagen Peptides
This was one of my early “gateway” products with CodeAge. I used it during a hair-loss / tissue fragility season and noticed improved nail strength and more stable shedding over time.
Current take: Still a solid option, but I now rotate collagen intentionally and keep it practical: if you won’t use it consistently, it doesn’t matter how great it is on paper.
Gut Health Formula
This is one of the more intelligently formulated gut blends I’ve seen from a non-clinical brand. It includes gut-soothing and repair-oriented ingredients and can be a useful “bridge” product for the right person.
Current take: Helpful as short-term gut support — not something I’d run forever without context.
Mimosa Pudica (and parasite blends)
Important note: I’m leaving this here for transparency, but not as a blanket recommendation. I do not recommend parasite protocols as a DIY project. These protocols can backfire without proper preparation and support.
Current take: If this is relevant for you, it should be individualized.
Binder + Fulvic / Humic Support
I used binders more during “die-off” seasons when nausea and headaches were an issue.
Current take: Binders are tools — not daily supplements. Use strategically and always away from food, medication, and nutrients.
SBO Probiotic Formulas
I’ve always done best with probiotics that include Saccharomyces boulardii (especially when my gut is fragile). CodeAge’s shelf-stable formulas were well tolerated for me in certain seasons.
Current take: I individualize probiotics far more carefully now, but these can still be appropriate in select cases.
Immune / inflammation blends
I’ve used some of CodeAge’s immune-support blends during high-stress seasons.
Current take: Useful short-term, but never a replacement for foundations like sleep, protein, minerals, hydration, and steady blood sugar.
What I appreciate about CodeAge as a brand
- Clear labeling
- Shelf-stable formulations where appropriate
- Thoughtful inclusion of supportive strains and ingredients
- Reasonable pricing vs. many “luxury wellness” brands
They sit in a useful middle ground: more thoughtful than mass-market supplements, without drifting into gimmicks.
Where CodeAge fits now
Today, I view CodeAge as:
- A selective tool, not a lifestyle brand
- Appropriate for certain phases of healing
- Best used with guidance, not guesswork

Final note
This post reflects a real chapter of my health journey. Some of it was messy. Some of it was hard-won. I’ve left it here — updated — because I value transparency more than perfection.
If you’re navigating complex health issues and feel overwhelmed by supplement noise, that’s usually a sign to slow down — not stack more bottles.
