Mocha Red Velvet Smoothie ❤️

This smoothie is full of medicinal mushrooms, gut healing bone broth protein, probiotics and antioxidants from the root that makes it red: beetroot. I always detested beets or beetroot until I visited Australia where frankly, people know how to prepare it properly. I prefer to ferment or roast mine, sometimes both. If you can give it a chance here are some benefits: high in Antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, heart healthy, detoxifying, supports brain function & digestive health, enhances athletic performance, and aids in weight loss. It is a veritable superfood... and frankly I love the earthy flavor it brings to chocolate so you’ll find a few iterations of it on my blog... and likely more to come.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup organic Swiss water decaf cold brew
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 2 tbsp roasted peeled beetroot about the size of a golf ball
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Bone Broth Protein or 1 pack EQ Chocolate Pea Protein*
  • 1 scoop OM Master Mushroom Blend
  • 1 tsp OM Brain Fuel Mocha
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut kefir yogurt
  • 1 scoop PectaSol-C* optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend in a high powered blender until smooth and serve!
