Gretna Greens Smoothie 💚🥬

There’s nothing quite like a clean green smoothie to start the day or break your fast in the afternoon. I had something like this for my breakfast for a couple years (I like routine!) and had to stop and adapt when my body became unable to handle fresh greens like kale, spinach & celery… even lettuce came up as an allergy! That was a bummer. But I found shortly after that I could consume powdered greens just fine, especially Spirulina and Chlorella. This is an antioxidant powerhouse and with bone broth and Spirulina is a must for good skin and immune support.
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup avocado 🥑
- 2 Tbsp coconut kefir
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein or 1 pack EQ vanilla Pea Protein*
- 5-6 drops dōTERRA lemon 🍋
- 2-3 tsp YourSuper Super Greens Power Matcha or spirulina + matcha
- 1 cup water
